Q1. What is your role in the Agora project? Your background and how you came to lead Agora?

I am the co-founder and CEO of Agora, a joint venture created 2 years ago between Swissborg, the first crypto wealth app in Europe with more than 800 000 active users and Ultra, a top tier blockchain gaming platform.

Personally, I’ve been an entrepreneur for more than 12 years with skills in business management, sales & marketing strategies. I’ve been very involved in crypto since 2018.

First, I was Head of Digital Assets for a family office for 2 years and then I was in charge of the development of an OTC desk. I joined the Swissborg team in 2021 to develop their corporate section following a keen interest in financial institutions with funds and family offices

Before founding Agora in 2022, a joint venture between one of which I am a proud CEO and that has been leading with passion for almost 18 months, motivated by the commitment of our community.

Q2. Can you give us a quick overview over what your team is building and what you’d like to achieve?

Our vision is to connect the most promising GameFi projects with gamers and investors, and achieve mass adoption of blockchain gaming. To succeed we are building a GameFi Hub with 3 core products. A DEX, a digital identity and a Decentralized Loot Box System. Two of them are already developed.
The first one is our DEX with gaming related tokens developed on Ultra blockchain and propose 0 gas fees for gamers. That solves one of the biggest challenges in this industry because on EVM chains, gas fees are too high and hit up the payout.

The DEX has been tested by the community. We just finalized the audit and we plan to launch it just after the IDO in April. The V2 will be completely cross chain to bring more liquidity from EVM chains at the end of the year. To feed the DEX, bring more TVL and achieve mass adoption of blockchain gaming we’re developing a DIGITAL IDENTITY that should be ready Q4.

How does it work ?
-On the gamer side it’s a gamified cross chain wallet to collect the token rewards that you earn by playing or your NFTS in one uniq wallet then you can swap it directly by the interface of the game without using a DAPP like Uniswap. It solves other challenges because DEFI is still a complex subject which is hard to understand for a lot of gamers.
-On the games side it’s an SDK very well documented and easy to plug into your game. A bridge between our DEX where they gonna create the pool of liquidity (tokens rewards / stable coins) and the games.
It’s a new source of revenue for the game considered as a LP because all the time games do a transaction by the interface of the game that’s gonna push liquidity into the pool.

And finally our last core product: the DLS that we launched 6 months ago.
It’s a launchpad completely cross chain and Gamefied that every web3 project can use to do user acquisition, user retention, and ofc generate revenue by distributing their tokens or NFTs through our Loot Box. Our product has already been deployed on Ethereum, Arbitrum, BSC and Polygon and we just announced it on Solana too.

Our loot box offers three levels of rarity, three gems (magic, epic and legendary) to distribute NFTs or tokens from our sponsor,
To top it off, we’ve implemented a dynamic jackpot system (equivalent to 15% of the revenue generated by the loot boxes sold) accessible to those who have accumulated 3 golden tickets. Golden tickets are received when a loot box doesn’t contain gems, so, in the end, you’re never really losing to our system. It’s a feature loved by the community on the previous edition.

We’ve taken the time to craft various visuals and animations to ensure a playful and enjoyable user experience. It’s both visually appealing and dynamic.

Q3. What can you do with the $AGA token? How will it be used on Agora’s DEX or your DLS (Decentralized Loot box System)?

AGA can be used by our community members in different ways to participate in the governance of our DAO as well as receiving a series of benefits. So it’s multi tokens with dedicated utilities for each core product:

CROSS CHAIN DEX

• Staking → if you stake the AGA token will earn you a percentage of the protocol trading fees charged in all transactions that take place in the Agora DEX.
• Liquidity Providers will also earn a percentage of the protocol trading fees charged in all transactions that take place in the Agora DEX.

LOOT BOX

• Staking for Yield: Lock in your AGA tokens and watch your digital wealth grow. Benefit from a share of the loot box revenues as a reward for your commitment.
• Staking for Exclusivity: Obtain access to limited edition Loot Boxes with premium, rare collections not available to the average user.
• Discount on Purchases: Enjoy exclusive discounts on Loot Box purchases, making each transaction more rewarding.
• Governance Rights: Have a voice in the future of Agora. Your stake in AGA tokens means a stake in decision-making processes.

All those utilities have been thinking about avoiding selling pressure.

Q4. Could you give a quick update on Agora’s key achievements and roadmap? How have things been progressing since the successful IDO with SwissBorg?

KEY HIGHLIGHTS

• Secured leading partnerships with SwissBorg and Ultra.
• Received a $500K grant from them.
• Sold out two NFT collections with a total of over 2000 items in less than 24hs, raising a total of $430K.
• $530K raised with private investors to close our $1M seed round.
• Onboarded over 30 games and projects within the ecosystem.
• Grown our community to a total follower base of 110K across our main communication channels to kickstart our momentum towards $AGA’s launch.
• Complete our cross chain bridge as well as our first audited DEX ready to be launched.
• Decentralised Loot Box System launched with 4 projects. We sold out and distributed over $100,000 in prizes in minutes during our best Loot Box event to date just before our alpha deal with SwissBorg.
• We sold out our SwissBorg Alpha Opportunity in SECONDS! $1M raised from our community members positioning them for the very first time liquidity providers for $AGA’s IDO meaning It’s our community driving $AGA on-chain!
• We made a partnership agreement with the top market maker: Kairon Lab
• We expanded Agora to be omni-chain by launching our successful Loot Boxes on Solana too! Agora and $AGA are now positioned to capture value from the two most important and exciting ecosystems on Web3.
• We rebranded and unified our positioning with the creation of agorahub.io - the world’s new entry point to the Agora ecosystem.

ABOUT WHAT’S COMING NOW

• More CEX are coming after GATE.IO and MEXC, with Swissborg and Bitpanda.
• The Launch of the DEX will come a few weeks later on Ultra. We’re working with them on a Go To Market strategy that we’ll announce soon to guarantee as much as TVL for day 1. With guaranteed TVL from our Strategic partners ULTRA.
• The integration of the Solana ecosystem represents a strategic leap forward for Agora, especially considering our ongoing collaboration with SwissBorg. SwissBorg’s recent incorporation of the Solana blockchain into their Smart Engine aligns seamlessly with Agora’s comprehensive vision, driving growth and innovation within the GameFi landscape. This collaboration not only enhances the efficiency and scalability of our platform but also positions us at the forefront of the rapidly evolving blockchain gaming industry.
• We believe Solana offers a unique user experience advantage in the industry, being cheaper, faster, and easier to navigate than the EVM ecosystem. Recent data proves it-Solana is the most widely used chain in the past few months.
• New Solana projects in our Loot Boxes will attract new users, increasing awareness of Agora, drawing in more projects, which will attract even more users…

Q5. Why should our community invest in AGORA for the IDO? Could you provide your investment thesis?
